Take two...

Oldest son is home. "Meanest mom ever" - take two. "Can I have a friend over"... literally not out of his boots yet. To which I say no. Look out, the child does not get what he wants. He has been wronged!!! "you NEVER let me have friends over!!!" UMMMMM... you just had a friend over two days ago. "yeah, wellaaaaa" My children think if they add a valley girl aaaa at the end of a word it some how makes it mean more. I watch kids at my house all day long, just got two more off the bus, I don't really want any more extra over today. If one has a friend the other two want a friend over. While I am all about each child sometimes doing their own thing, and they don't always all get a friend over when the other does. He did have a friend over just two days ago, yet... I'm the MEANEST MOM EVER!! Oh, and can the other three take the dvd out they are watching and take their snack in the other room, cuz he wants to play playstation!?
